Shipping Policy

Lola's only ships to the UK and the Crown Dependencies (Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey).

Most order are shipped within 3 business days of your order. Please allow 3-10 business days

for delivery. We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot

guarantee delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan

accordingly.

Lola's uses Royal Mail Track 24 and Track 48 to fulfil delivery.

Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature, however, in the event that one is

required and no one is available to sign, a note will be left noting the attempted delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your package being

shipped.
